Both Friday and Saturday start at 8am with breakfast and registration. Our speakers will start at 9am.
Our banquet on Friday is at 6:30pm. On Saturday we will have our AGM at the end of our day.
Our 2026 SCA Conference & AGM is - April 10th & 11th, 2026. This year is an amazing year to attend because we have a convention FULL of great speakers who bring a wealth of information for producers across Canada.
On Thursday April 9th, the CCA AGM will take place in Saskatoon at the Western Development Museum at 6:30PM.
On Friday April 10th, we will start our convention with breakfast and registration at 8am and then launch right in to the convention at 9am. Our schedule for Friday and Saturday is still being molded as we add some last minute speakers, but here are who we have coming:
Nick Haley to speak on genetic resistance in ranched and wild cerivds, looking at genetic analysis and genomics
Scott Napper to speak on CWD Vaccine progress
Shawn Schafer from NADeFA
Jeff Wilson - CORIN presentation on changing strategies for disease response
Gary Pusateri - Dream Genomics speaking on the blood test for CWD etc.
Trevor Green speaking on regenerative grazing
Ashley Stone from Farm Food Care speaking on Open Farm Days
Matt Owens speaking about Antler Blast Nutrtion
Mylivestock.ca introducing their Animal Management System
Along with Sask Ag & Sask Environment for a panel discussion, a biosecurity seminar, updates from Norelkco and Awapco, CCA and our SCA AGM.
It is going to be a great, full couple of days! You can purchase tickets online on our website. Every now and then we have some issues with our website - if you can't get thru, feel free to email us how many ticket you want and for what (Full Convention, Friday Only, Member or Non-member Etc) and we can send out an invoice that can be paid with credit or debit online.
